These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all content, services, and products provided by Debbie Lucas Ltd ("the Company"). By accessing this website or purchasing any services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage with the Company’s offerings.

1. Website Use and Intellectual Property

1.1 All content on this site is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

1.2 You may download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

a) Modify, reproduce, or redistribute the materials

b) Use them for commercial purposes

c) Reverse engineer or decompile any site elements

d) Remove copyright or proprietary notices

e) Mirror this site or its content on another platform

1.3 Violation of these terms automatically terminates your access and requires you to destroy any downloaded content.

2. Courses, Programs, Subscriptions, and Services

2.1 All courses, programs, subscriptions, and services are subject to these terms.

2.2 Access is granted for the duration of the service’s active availability. If the Company discontinues a service, 30 days’ notice will be provided along with the opportunity to download relevant resources.

2.3 Bonuses offered at enrolment may be removed or changed at the Company's discretion at any point thereafter.

3. The Personal Alchemy Report (Standard and VIP)

3.1 The Personal Alchemy Report is a personalised, four-weekly spiritual guidance service delivered via email.

3.2 VIP clients will additionally receive:

- One reflective question response per week (submitted anytime, response within 48 hours Mon–Fri)

- A bespoke subliminal audio delivered every 4 weeks (download link expires after 7 days)

- A one off custom numerology report upon sign-up (delivered within 7 days)

3.3 Subliminals are created intuitively based on your current energy, chart, and themes from your report. Requests for custom wording or topics cannot be accommodated.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 All fees are listed on the applicable sales page. Payment may be made in full or through instalments where offered.

4.2 Subscriptions renew automatically every four weeks unless cancelled. Payment is required upfront. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

4.3 If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to receive the remaining content for that paid cycle. If you return at a later date, you will rejoin at the current pricing at that time.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

6. Participation and Responsibility

6.1 By engaging with any service or product, you do so at your own risk.

6.2 While the founder of the Company holds certifications in social work, NLP, hypnosis, counselling skills, and numerology, the services provided are strictly for personal insight and spiritual development. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

6.3 It is your responsibility to assess your readiness and suitability for participation. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

6.4 By purchasing or participating, you accept full responsibility for your experience and release the Company from any and all liability for perceived or actual harm arising from your engagement.

6.5 The Company does not hold formal astrology qualifications. All astrological content is based on the founder’s personal study, lived experience, and intuitive interpretation. While every effort is made to ensure thoughtful and meaningful insights, this service is not intended as formal astrological consultancy and should be received as spiritual reflection only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 All materials and services are provided “as is.” The Company makes no guarantees about accuracy, outcomes, or the fitness of any material for a particular purpose.
